« Absolutely perfect spot to stay if you’re visiting Red River Gorge! My girlfriend and I are from Tennessee and we booked the Sit and Stay for 4 nights for my birthday. The majority of our trip was spent hiking during the day and hanging out at the cabin in the evenings. It was PERFECT! « Amenities were perfect and directions from the host were so helpful. Relatively easy to find. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Close enough for Red Rover Gorge outings and to get essentials in town but secluded and relaxing. »

« Fun getaway near RRG! Make sure to have a vehicle with AWD or 4WD especially if rain is in the forecast. Steep gravel road up to the cabin and a steep driveway. Peaceful private area where you can unwind and listen to the creek while sitting on the deck or in the hot tub! »

« This was our 2nd stay at this cool cabin, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We cooked all our meals in the kitchen, enjoyed the hot tub while listening to the waterfall and icicles crashing on the rocks, and hiked every day. It's secluded, clean, and close to lots of fun at the gorge! »

« Rick is a great host! He was super helpful with firewood and anything else needed locally. Yet you are highly secluded and the fireplace is a great add for the colder nights. I would highly recommend it as a great getaway, 4x4 base, or any other rural retreat! »

« When we arrived, they had a water leak due to some frozen pipes. Absolutely not their fault. Call them. We’re able to get into another one of their properties within 20 minutes. They were very gracious and accommodating. We really appreciated it as it was getting later in the evening. »
